This Privacy Policy explains how TempoSeeker ("we", "us") handles information when you use the TempoSeeker iPhone app. TempoSeeker is built to keep your data on your device. This is a plain-language summary and a starting draft — please have it reviewed before relying on it.

Camera and video

TempoSeeker uses your camera to watch your putt and measure your stroke. Camera frames are analysed on your iPhone to calculate tempo, ball speed, distance and direction. Frames are never recorded, saved as video, or uploaded to us or any third party.

Information you provide

• Profile: a player name, and optionally an email address, used only to set up your profile in the app.
• Putt and session data: your measured results and statistics are stored on your device so the app can show your history and trends.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Analytics

The current version of this site and app does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not upload or store your putting videos.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.

Children

TempoSeeker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
